Dazalyn Anexi Moreno is a proud First-generation Mexican-American; she holds a degree in English: Professional Writing and Publishing from the University of Illinois- Chicago. Growing up in a bilingual household, her passion for language and storytelling flourished. Her educational experience spans from professional writing to medical writing, creative nonfiction, and editing. 

Based in Chicago, IL. She loves all things literary and has a passion for expanding her storytelling and communication abilities. When not writing, you’ll often find Dazalyn behind a camera, discovering Chicago’s hidden gems, getting lost in the beats of EDM music, or with a book in her hand.
